1. Check whether the specifications and wall thickness of the light steel keel meet the requirements. The specification and model of the keel shall be in accordance with the requirements of the national standard. The thickness of the keel is an important indicator. The thickness of the wall keel is generally 0.6mm-1.0mm. The ceiling keel is U-shaped, C-shaped and V-shaped. The thickness of the load-bearing keel is generally 0.8mm-1.2mm, and the thickness of the cladding keel is general. It is 0.5mm-0.6mm, and the thickness of the main and secondary keels of the T-shaped keel are both 0.27mm. Pay attention to the thickness of the keel when selecting, the bearing keel should not be less than 1.0mm, the cladding keel should be no less than 0.5mm, the T-shaped keel should be no less than 0.27mm, and the wall keel for Shanghai light steel keel partition wall should be no less than 0.6mm. Thin keels tend to fail in mechanical properties. Although some keels are qualified, they often cause deformation.

2. Light steel keel is mainly divided into wall keel (Q) and ceiling keel (D). The main specifications of wall keel are divided into Q50, Q75, Q100 and Q150. The main specifications of the ceiling keel are divided into D38, D50 and D60. According to its cross-sectional shape, it is divided into seven types: U-shaped, C-shaped, T-shaped, H-shaped, V-shaped, L-shaped, and CH-shaped. The marking order of light steel keels is: product name, code, width, height, and steel plate Thickness and standard number. The customer should decide the choice of wall keel, ceiling keel, specifications and cross-sectional shape according to the process and decoration requirements.

3. Look at the rust prevention of the surface of the light steel keel. The surface anti-rust of the light steel keel adopts two methods of double-sided galvanized layer and color coating. Therefore, when choosing light steel keel, it is necessary to see whether the quality of the double-sided galvanized layer or color coating is qualified, and whether the double-sided galvanized layer or color coating is uniform and consistent. This will determine that the skeleton part will be deformed due to corrosion, which will affect the wall thickness of the light steel keel after construction, and then uneven force will cause quality problems such as cracks on the top surface or wall. In addition, the light steel keel ceiling should be well decorated and choose the original galvanized keel that is not easy to rust, and avoid the galvanized keel after use.
