It is mainly used as the ceiling for building houses and factories. The light steel keel is not a simple operation to complete during construction, and some problems should be paid attention to.

　　1. Cracks on the board surface and deformation of the wall. In fact, everyone knows the principle of thermal expansion and contraction, just like when installing a floor, there will be a small gap. When using light steel keel, if the vertical keel is tightly topped with the upper and lower keels, no gaps are reserved, and the walls longer than 2m are not made to control deformation joints, which will cause wall deformation. Therefore, a space of 3mm should be reserved around the partition wall, which will reduce the deformation and cracks caused by the influence of temperature and humidity.

　　2. The light steel frame is not firmly connected. The reason is that some nodes do not meet the requirements of the structure, and local nodes should be handled strictly in accordance with the provisions of the diagram during installation.

　　 3. The wall covering panel is uneven. It may be that the keel is installed laterally and the thickness of the gypsum board is not consistent.
